Don't know. Bought some duck breasts on Saturday so I might throw them in a stir fry. Maximum brownie points for minimum effort! ]:)

I bought a lovely Pork Tenderloin yesterday, think I might cut it into medallions and stir fry 🙂

No! Medallions yes, but then mushrooms, double cream and a huge dollop of Colmans. Takes ten minutes, serve with rice and salad.

I went with your advice Huggles, just substituted the cream for Elmlea, and used Wholegrain Mustard.  Didn't even have to chew the pork, it melted in my mouth 🙂

Be grateful you don't live where I do cg.  After 20 years his idea of cooking is Fish n chips, kebab, pizza or chinese.  To give him credit he does go and fetch.

Lets see. Tea.  Well today i expected to nip downtown about 11ish followed by smooch round Aldi and decide what's for tea.  1.30 and I'm heading the wrong way, followed by the bank, followed by town and back to sort guys and despatches!.  Tea? Oven chips, bacon, eggs(by some miracle the local shop hadn't sold them all to lowlife to throw at houses n cars) and beans.  Even got a loaf of bread somewhere.  Of course there was the celeriac soup for emergencies in the small freezer which OH turned off for a few days. MEN!!!!!!!!!

I fixed chopped chicken breasts in with med veg in one of those roasting bags that you shake with the spices. It is really quite yummy. I put more veg in and cook it a bit longer. Served on spaghetti and had a few roasted new baby potatoes and glass of red wine. 🙂

Life is too short so enjoy it while you can!
