Thank you FHG for the lovely flowers that have been delivered (& the accompanying choccies, but I have to whisper that bit in case Twishy is around).

Having seen mum so ill for so long & having seen the peaceful way she slipped away, I feel at peace with the whole situation (maybe it'll hit me at the funeral on wednesday).

So glad you liked them gina.  I felt exactly the same way about my own mum's death,  and never did get really upset about it.  (That in itself makes you feel a bit guilty, but it doesn't alter the fact that it was a 'good' death for mum)  :-x

Sorry to hear about your Mum Gina, I've only just caught up.

Always sad, but when someone's quality of life has been so

poor, their passing peacefully brings some comfort to those

left behind, in the thought that they no longer suffer.

May she rest peacefully now and may you have strength,

peace and comfort.
