Left over curry and basmati rice for me. Pork and apricot casserole in the slow cooker for teenager. House smells very nice!

A Cumberland pie with carrots i think. Yes. Its a ready made one im afraied but thats all i feel like at present.

Gammon joint and whatever veg we have. Bought a big one because I need leftover gammon to make a steamed pudding later in the week. Naughty but nice 🙂

Lazy tea tonight hubby and son both working later, so Ham Egg and Chips for us.

we had linguine with bacon mushroom and mushroom sauce, I enjoyed that too.

Pork casserole .....very nice.  I don't usually have pudding so I won't have the apricots thanks! 

Usual Tuesday chicken, roasties, Yorkies and loadsa veg today, couldn't decide so did some of each, carrots, parsnips, green beans, sprouts and broccoli.  Would have been a bit OTT to do some cauliflower too wouldn't it!

I just fry some onion and garlic until soft then add the pork which has been covered in seasoned flour add to that about a tablespoon of tomato puree and add in about 3/4 veg stock and about 3oz chopped apricots. I bring to the boil and then chuck into the slow cooker for the afternoon. I cant remember where I got the recipe from...it is just something that has stuck at the back of my mind. I sometimes add in a little more flour to make the juice a bit thicker.

I then serve the casserole in a loaf of bread - cut the top off scoop out the insides (give to the birds) then add the casserole into the loaf of bread so by the time the meat has been eaten then all the lovely juices have been soaked up in the bread.

Possibly pizza - if I can get "him indoors" to go and buy one. What I really fancy is Chinese takeaway, but they are shut on Tuesdays.

We are having steak pie and it won't be good(cos it was 241 and the 2st one wasn't very good) with a few chips and mixed veg,

Went in Tesco and their pies tempted me but not with puff pastry thankyou!.

Stroppy - you should live here, we have a Chinese up the road, down the road and one a couple of roads over.  Sure there are others but ............................

Oh that sounds really yummy TinTin.

We are having pork chops and veg of some sort and possibly some mixed roastie veg. 🙂 Haven't decided what sauce or gravy for the chops yet.

woooooo Tintin....serve in a loaf! oh I've died and gone to heaven...pork and bread, two of my faves.....runs up the road with me knife and fork....ere! sonny! don't eat all that, save some for the Capt!!!!!
