TORRENTIAL (rain) TUESDAY'S tea time yummy thread

Today on this terrible (as in the weather) Tuesday I am having cheese onion and potato (homemade) pie with a side salad and son is having minced beef and onion (homemade) pie.

As a counter to yesterday's teriyaki salmon I'm doing stuffed chicken breast - cream cheese and pepper for OH and black pudding for me -  with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and tagliatella

Lovely day here, suns out, no its not, suns out, no its not,  we have had torrential rain then blazing sunshine.

Cold beef with homemade chips for us, son wants pizza just for a change

Weather's not too bad here at the moment.  We haven't got the threatened rain - yet.

We are having sausage, baked beans and new potatoes for our tea today.  I'm looking forward to it as I'm hungry.

Going to be oven fish and chips with mushy peas here tonight.

Pasta bake for the boys.  Jar of spicy tomato sauce with bacon, peppers and onions added.  For the boys because it's simple easy and i don't have to think to cook it.

OH prefers white chicken sauce one, son hates peppers and crunchy omions but i really don't care!.  You would think with every bone in body aching, nose dripping, sneezing and coughing self preservation might have kicked in and  they cooked for themselves?  Wouldn't you?!!!!

Guard..............I was just about to post on this board asking for help using up some bacon and seeing what you are going to have for tea tonight - that answers my query about what to do with the bacon tomorrow. What a star you are.

Got some lamb steaks with rosemary and herbs in the slow cooker ....will serve with veg and mash...

Weather is terrible here, raining quite heavily .....the dog refuses to go out ...she hates the rain....

We've just had, roast chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds, broccoli and carrots for him, broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts for me, and nice thick gravy.  Bye gum, was it good!

End of last nights roast lamb and the start of a roast chicken! Seem to be overlapping meals this week. Jackets and oven roast peppers and onion with balsamic and thyme.

I had a turkey dinner while I was out with my friend and her sister in Chester.

OH had lamb, jacket potato, carrot and turnip and gravy tonight. Apple crumble for afters.

Well after all....... we did have the fish and chips.... How on earth I have run out of beans I don't know!!!

Dark and Miserable as i dragged myself out of my bed this morning to go cleaning yuuukkkk im glad to be inside again!!!!!!!.
