Alan was really helpful. I emailed him about this time yesterday....got an automated response to say he was out of the office and would get back to me then earlier today I had an email thanking me for mine and he was investigating and would get back to me...hey presto the matter had been looked into and my account was "unbanned"....all this for trying to tell another "seller" that what he was doing was against board policy. He was the one spamming but I was the one withh all the hassle. I did use my seller account but prefer to use this ID for the boards....just to keep the two separate.

So yes - Alan was really helpful. I had a bit of a rant but it seems to have done the trick so I would try contacting him directly if you have a problem. He certainly seems to be more helpful than the previous ones.

10 out of 10 and top of the class for Alan the Pink 🙂
