02-01-2011 6:36 PM
I am getting better at abreviations but need to remember some of them come from other forums/blogs and not from here.
BTW if you've ever got a week to waste - go onto Mumsnet - they have an amazing list of abbreviations - tis all DS/DP/DC/DD/DS/AIBU etc etc
02-01-2011 6:47 PM

BTW, does anyone know if you can change colour when cabling without it showing?
Know Maggie said to do a K row, but can you change during cable pattern?

we have a mountain of biccies & chocolates
waiting on my mum coming, she can take them to her old ladies she visits, i feel a bit mean as they were presents, but no one really eats them
no one goes first footin here without something tho as its bad luck!
we have been making waffles today
i had mine with vanilla ice cream & smuckers caramel sauce
sickly sweet i could only eat a quarter of one
bradley had maple syrup, and one with grape jelly

Gems they are were lovely. I had Thorntons Gingers & Traditional sweet shop ones but yours were the nicest.:-) I think it was because they were thin, crisp & very nice chocolate too.:-x

😮 look at all that chocolate & sweeties & toffee,
I'll be on the next bus over 😉
That lot would last me years :^O well except for the toffee 😄
02-01-2011 7:58 PM

02-01-2011 8:27 PM
mmmmm chocs
i only really buy a small dark bar these days
i find he choice on the shelves puts me off lol
they tend to be too sweet to my taste thse days too - is that a sign of getting old?
02-01-2011 8:41 PM
I've only got all those because I've been given them. One box I was given a month ago and the rest for Christmas. Granddad usually has a bag of toffees on the go, no wonder he's always losing his fillings!
