Yes I was.  Ironically, with the Myeloma being so life limiting I can smoke like a train and it is unlikely to have much effect, you'll die from the Myeloma befoe you die of the secondary cancer.

PCC - I only have the usual asthma (brown and blue) inhalers and the 2 new ones - one pink and one Spiriva - I'm measuring 400 on the (forget the name, tired) breath measurement thingy.

Ohhhhhh RDW you are being given a rough ride are'nt you.

I was late for work this morning as have had to be the family taxi as we are cut off from public transport due to the floods and the dingle in the garden getting ever so high  so we are keeping our fingers crossed here 😞

Good job my boss lives locally so undersatnds the situation and can work through my breaks to make up time 😄

Still persisting down here and no let up in sight :_|

Dry here today at last. Taking Damson to the kennels today as I have an early start tomorrow. I am going with my friend Linda to help set up the Bath & West Quilt Show. Then back on Saturday for a look & to help take the quilts down again.

PCC - I only have the usual asthma (brown and blue) inhalers and the 2 new ones - one pink and one Spiriva - I'm measuring 400 on the (forget the name, tired) breath measurement thingy.

 Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) is a measurement of how fast  you can blow out.   A measurement of 400 isnt bad at all , mine struggles to reach 250 on a good day .

Dont know the pink inhaler never had that one but i do have Spiriva  ,  without it im to breathless to move across a room .

We are forecast dry weather for the rest of the week.:-) We should get to the Bath & West Showground ok. Not heard that the road is closed. It should be fun.:-)
