Well I wasn't here much yesterday because I was busy doing other things. I wonder why some of you are having such problems?

I have my preferences set to 10 posts a page so it's not much to scroll through to find the last thing you read.

i thought ebay had been fiddling cos yesterday was the first day i ddnt have to keep signing-in  - before that i needed to sign-in if i left the page or was away more than 15 mins
 
there was an updte from microsoft for windows yesterday too, but i havent put it on all machines yet
 
im mainly reading today , a real life hardback book

I popped in about 8.30ish, but no one was around 😞
also kept looking last night as well 😞

I've never had problems with signing in, but its not the same now, I tend to leave this thread open & just keep refreshing, I don't tend to look at other threads anymore but as long as this one is here .... I will be too  :-x

I've just got back from the dentist so going to have a sit down, watch morning TV for a while & knit  ..... well at least untill the washer finishes :^O

well i picked it from the library , its an author ive read but not one i would have put to her name, ive nearly done my chores for the week - food to make = (ir**ing)
 
andd its a book i need to concentrate on, i've read a couple of chapters and its not holding me atm - hence being here again lol

I have a pile of books upstairs that are waiting to be read. Perhaps I will break a limb & have no choice but to sit & read! 😉 Shouldn't tempt fate should I? I don't know how I would manage on my own if I did! 😮

I had some whisky before i went to bed and I slept like a log, Voice still no good but no soar throat 🙂

Whilst having a sort out, this morning we came across my knitting needles yey!! haha they screamed to be put back I even have a few bags of unopened DK in white, blue. light purple, not to mention a *to finish bag* :^O

So i may just have a session one day ... soon 😄

i remember when i started a few months ago
i voiced my concern i wouldnt be able to walk away and leave a project unfinished, but i have a couple i have gotten so far and either cant finish, or would be difficult
so instead of finishing, i go onto the next one:_|
 
and now instead of doing things i should be doing
i am doing things i want to
soooooooooo not like me

I have loads of unfinished things, I get things almost finished & then think . .Oh I know what I want to make next ............... then what ever I'm doing get shoved in a bag for "later" 😐   Then I straight away start but not necesarily finish my latest idea :^O

I tend to have several projects going at the same time as some things I like to do in the evening in front of the tv & only machine during the day. They usually get finished though.:-)

Actually used my sewing machine today - first time in ages! Almost finished my owl cushion - just needs stuffing and hem sewing up and then photo time 🙂

As regards the stuffing of things.  Do any of you think to use disgarded pillows?   I used to change hubbys pillow quite frequently.  They get washed and washed, but before I got some super pillows that will keep their shape nicely after washing, they used to go funny.

I started ripping the covering off and used the insides for packing.  Would be ideal for stuffing things with.
