Morning all.

Well I was supposed to be at rugby shouting for the littlies this morning but I'm just back from casualty instead.

Nothing major but we had a fire last night,bit of smoke damage  but nothing a lick of paint wont fix after what looks to be an electrical fault in the kitchen.

Everyone fine and regulars all ok and compensated with a couple of medicinal rounds.

Thought I was too at the time till about 2ish this morning when got pins and needles in my hand and realised I still had melted rubber burnt on to it.

All creamed up and bandaged thumb and fingertips and no real damage done (but by gawd it stings) so sorted now but not sure how easy pulling a pint or cleaning is gonna be.

Oh and yes before you all ask..........

Firemen were really hunky and you're all right of course , the lengths some peeps will go to for a bit of eye candy ;\B-)

My hand is fine compared to what you've gone through merc.

Wonder if huggles has a holiday hangover.

I'm just back from the hairdressers ........ silly really as I'm probably going to end up with paint in it but it won't be "my" colour :^O

I'm now purple again 😄

The trouble with sorting out a room is what to do with all the stuff thats no longer needed that comes out of it, now all over the main bedroom & landing 😐

Yep open as usual CK as can't afford not to,repainting will be done after hours tonight so dry and aired by tomorrow.

Damage confined to the kitchen really so not a problem as lads and lasses can have sandwiches for darts tonight.

PCC your sewing room looks lovely and tidy, mine once looked like that, but hasn't done for years. I must stop collecting things, but everyone knows, who to ask if they want something

Good grief Stan!  Glad you are ok.  Hope the hand doesn't hurt too much.  Do you need something "crafting" for it?  These poorly hands/fingers could keep me very busy.

Sewing room no longer looks tidy as ive started moving stuff in there now , it will never be tidy again.

I know one thing for sure my fabric stash isnt going to fit in there :^O

Morning! (((Stan)))) I don't know, I can't go away for a few days without a drama. Hope things are quieter at my house but I haven't phoned home yet! I'm just spying on them on Facebook! Lovely hotel, food and sunshine. Staff can't do enough for you and seem really happy. They say 'my guests' rather than 'the guests' and little things like that. It's 7.00 here and I'm waiting for the sun! Be good!
