Have been for hospital appointment with Mum this morning. I have an appointment re my teeth this afternoon, then Knitting Group tonight.

CK, please forgive me but I haven't posted your MDCC win yet. It was pouring & blowing a gale & I didn't want me it getting wet.

I have a joyous evening unpicking about 30 rows of knitting tonight. :_| Got my outside edge & arm hole mixed up.

Just been to see Son's GF, she doesn't have appendicitis, she has a 5cm ovarian cyst 😮

 they are sending her "home"

she's been waiting 3hrs already for her meds & been told she may have to wait untill 6pm 😐 it makes me wonder just how many hours hospital beds are tied up with people waiting to go home X-(

Sons stayed with her so I'll wait for the call to go & bring them home when she eventually gets them.

Huggles, you're not going to take it out stitch by stitch are you? 30 rows?  Wouldn't it be easier to take it off the needle and pull it out, then pick up the stitches again?

No I took it off the needle & pulled.

That was the easy bit.:-|

Back on course now. Why do they write patterns in gobblydegook?

Are you back on track with yours now Huggles 🙂

Were just about to go & look at another car, but its about an hour & a half drive away between Leeds/York it looks nice in the ad though 😄  its rubbish round here all garages tend to be main dealers which is way out of our price range + I want another auto so there even harder to find 😞 think I'll let OH drive & I'll take my knitting :^O

How are you liking your new wheels Maggie 🙂

I haven't got it here, but the pattern (waistcoat & shaping the front & the arm) said something like;

decrease 1 at the front end of every fourth row from the last desrease & at the same time decease 1 from the arm end every 6th row.

I didn't know when to start counting the 4 rows from, & then the 6th row & then I got confused about which was the front & which was the arm & it's all done in 3 stitch rib so sometimes there weren't 3 stitches to rib and sometimes I was having to knit two together when 1 should have been a pearl and................:_|

I've done it now. 😐

Waves to all 🙂

I'm home 🙂  🙂 🙂

it was WET, WINDY, COLD but absolutly FAB, I'd recommend it to anyone, just wish we were there for longer as we didn't get to visit hardly anywhere, did Ruthin Castle as we were staying there, that in itself were good, we went where not many others go 🙂 spookily fantasic, got some good photo's with orbs above my head (or was that my halo 😉 had to duck a few times as there were a colony of bats taking residance, and met a few spooks 🙂

Went to conway Castle, well worth the visit but i was absolutly shattered after that, so today we visited a glass place, it was only small not much happening whist there, but nice and expensive items. Now home and back to normal 😄

With all your babies busy with School and uni Merlin you could take on a new craft course 😉 or just come in here and talk to us all 😄 They grow up so quickly, and your not alone in mommying kids, all mothers do it one way or another 🙂

They are very pretty CG as is your bunting, I'm sure the little girl will love it 🙂

Hope your son's girlfriend is feeling better today CK, poor lass what a worry, good of your lad to stay with her at the hospital. 🙂

Hope your feeling better today Maggie and the car is a nice smooth ride 🙂

((( to all ))) dont want to miss anyone out
