Seems someone gave him 'something in a bag' that he put in the freezer when I was in hospital. When I saw them the name 'skate wings' came to my mind. Now I've de-frosted one and looked on google , that's what they are. I've never eaten or cooked one before. Has anyone any idea what I should do with it please? (Apart from the obvious, put it in the bin)

We don't need greens, we have plenty of fruit, but because we are old our teeth are not what they used to be, so we have our liquidised grapes every day.;-)

I eat fish at least twice a week. Can't say that there is much truth in it being brain food though! lol 😉

Yes, I eat it at least twice a week, sometimes, like this week it will be three times. I don't think it can be brain food either, can't see any evidence here! :^O

Same here. 😞 For lunch I usually have a tin of tuna with some vinegar on mixed into a bag of either watercress or spinach. No cleverer and no thiner!
