Good evening everyone - am sort of online, our internet has been down all day so I am having to use a BT wi-fi hot spot. It is terribly slow - like trying to wade through treacle.

Meds mean that I am pretty zonked out. Very important op on Friday - surgeon over from Miami will be using a laser to remove cysts from my spinal cord. Whilst they are likely to grow back, it should be 3 to 5 years before they get troublesome again. Having them drained is really not nice, but if they don't drain them frequently I lose feeling and movement in my hands.

Hey stan thats good. I want to do one of those things where you go and they take you behind the scenes to meet the animals closer up(obviously not with all animals). I want to see the Giraffes,,your like me i LOVE the creatures. Their Beautiful and Graceful. Im nearest to Port Lympne Animal Park, its great there!. You can even stay in Luxury tents overnight there now!.

Afternoon all.  The weather's nice here now but this morning, we had one almighty downpour.  I went into M & S and it was dry.  Came out about five minutes later and the heavens had opened big time.

That's one thing I'll say for M&S...it's usually dry when you go in there.....

Though the floors can be a bit slippery sometimes.....

Yep Stan, back in the gym. Mentally wasn't ready for a long time (need to workout to music & music means memories) but I've had to bite the bullet & go for it.
3 morning a week in the gym from 6.30-8.00am & then straight on to work (after a shower of course)& 2 mornings a week fast walking round a 40 minute circuit from 5.45am & back home for a bath before work.
