Hello you lovely lot - just catching up with all the news.

Gold star for Gina - go knock'em dead kid, good for you.  I am so pleased you've kept on with your exercise regime.  That cannot have been easy 

I put my head on the right way round after all my saga and I went for a walk last night, just a mile  and in my wifie shoes , bit sore, but  I did it and am going to try again tonight.

cor those antibiotics were fab! I only got 3 days worth but I'm better already!

we had chips by the sea today, stayed longer than we thought we would as the tide was coming in and it was mezmerising!!

we haven't done a tap today but eat and read!! even OH has taken my kindle and is reading a book....

I'm home now!  Had a nice time.  Seeing as I'm trying to cut down, after my wine and burger and fries and salad and coleslaw and sticky toffee pudding and custard and coffee..........................I left the little biscuit that was on the saucer.  Don't want to go mad do I??  

Well done on the mile Carol, I think I've done well if I go to the end of the front garden!

I have a sister six years my junior. She lives in Weymouth but we only meet up occasionally. It was nice seeing her today.:)

Coooeeee,

Just got back, have been out with my friend and her so gorgeous you could almost eat her grandaughter. 14 months old.

We had a wander around the shops, followed by lunch at the garden centre and she was a complete star, not a wimper, an absolute pleasure to have around.

Had a lovely lunch under the trees and then a wander back to the car and home.  Only spent a small amount, unusually for me.

Stunning day here, not a cloud in the sky lovely cool breeze and not too hot, lovely.

It started off very nice this morning, sunny and pleasantly warm.  The just after lunch a big black cloud came over and each raindrop would have filled an egg cup!!  Now it's sunny again but it's sooo hot and humid I'm sweating!!
