I wondered what kebab meat was. You never see a kebab in the fields round here, perhaps they're shy and hide in the trees!

So is that different to meat loaf?
I never make anything like this with hubby not eating meat. Or herbs. Or spices. Or onion. Or garlic!! He'd eat the rest of it though!!

Home made kebab meat: 500g 5% lean lamb or beef, 1tsp oregano. 0.5tsp italian herbs,0.5 tsp garlic salt, 0.5 tsp onion salt, 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper, salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper. Knead it all tightly together so you have no air pockets, shape into a loaf & cook at gas mark 4 for 1hr 10mins. Cool then thinly slice
Thank you Gina
Will try this next week as think its something every one could have even the littlies so saves me cooking twice

It didn't bother me having a salad. I'll be having a cooked lunch tomorrow though. On a Sunday for breakfast, we have scrambled egg on toast so that should be a bit of a warming start to the day.
