Duck breast with a home made plum sauce and small square chip thingies.  It was alright but I am not a great lover of duck OH liked it though.

Low fat mince with a Hairy Bikers-stroke-Dieters chilli con carne mix. Serves 2 apparently. Well as there's one of me I hurled a can of ratatouille in with it, and it's 1 meal for me, 2 to freeze. Ker-ching!!
