We just had chicken, new potatoes, Yorkshire pud, sprouts, cauli, parsnip, carrots and gravy, then he had jelly and I had a couple of rum truffles my daughter just brought me!
Chilli chicken stir fry with noodles, cheese topped wholemeal roll & raspberries,strawberries & grapes topped with greek yoghurt
Most of my meals come via a 'drip' 
but so nice it is for me to sit here nicely 
and in mind eat all these lovely meals.
I will be having a word with the pharmacy and ask can they make flavoured drip food.
