Live chat is that a phone call then! because I couldn't find a way of contacting ebay with out it being automated. The moderators do watch the buying and selling forums thats why I posted on there, well put it this way they manage to pick up rude words or idle chat quick enough.
Obviously we have all had good experiences with ebay and haven't needed to contact them directly before.
I can't believe what a faf it is to get hold of them. I did think of emailing alan direct but thought that as he was a moderator not to do with listings that he wouldn't be able to do anything, just goes to show ' I know nothing'.
