Paul O'Grady - FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS

Just been looking through the TV listing magazine for the week ahead and notice that there is a new series of PAUL O'GRADY FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS back on TV this week at 8.30 on Thursday. Hallelujah....the first series was so inspirational....full of love from Paul....many many happy stories but some a little sad as well. Looking forward to seeing this new programme with a box of tissues at my side.

I never really liked him as Lily Savage....however  since I discovered his absolute love of animals he has gone up totally in my estimation. He has his own small holding with lots of animals....many of whom have been rescued.

Mind you hats off to all those who work with animals and see the cruelty that is inflicted on them. It is not a job I could do as I would have constant red eyes with crying.

I won't watch it as I'd be to upset, but I love Paul O'Grady & his passion for dogs.

Have you read his 3 autobiographies......my god, I must have led a sheltered life

Don't tend to listen to the radio. It is his rapport with the animals and the funny things he says about them that has been crying with laughter....and he is so  touched when it is sad news.

Not read his autobiographies - but may well do in due course.

Happy Sunday!!!!!

Talking of Animals, I am about to take a giant snail to the vets probably to be PTS and I am quite upset about it,, I know most people will think I am completely daft and its a waste of money but my conscience won't allow anything else.
