Going to the theatre so eating out. It's a really early start though (7pm) so I won't fancy much that early.

Just salmon sarnies for us tonight as we have had our plumber here to size up a couple of jobs for us.  Can he talk or can he talk?

Pan fried Tilapia (it's a fish), (their suppliers also supply to the Queen) with chorizo mini roasted potatoes and rocket.

I'm not much into my cooking and I always loved it, so have trained other half in a few basics, but it gets a bit boring, plus I don't have much of an appetite, so how come I ain't thin?  Now if my hubby can turn out what he has, last night chicken breasts with a fresh tarragon and creme fraiche sauce, it was lovely, anyone can.

I found this company, which delivers the food every Thursday.  I chose the 3 meals a week option and you get everything, I mean everything for 3 delish meals, fish, chicken, pasta, beef.  It is brilliant.  So you get 6 meals (option I chose) for £39.60 a week.  Big portions too, usually leftovers for hubby's lunch. This is our third week.

We had a fab Korean beef thingy the other night.  You get a recipe card, with pictures, and a folder to keep them all in.  Highly recommend it.

Course you'll have to either write or email me to get the details.

We stayed at a Michelin starred hotel for my last big birthday and had a posh dish that was a trio of lamb ...that included lambs tongue . I was a bit iffy about trying it but in truth it just tasted like lamb .....dont know quite what I expected it to taste of !!!

Well no Michelin starred meals here tonight ....Chicken Kiev ( making a comeback from the 70s ) ready prepared ( not homemade ) , mixed veg and some leftover pasta sauce .....

Sweet and sour sauce, just as is, as couldn't be arrissed doing rice, as stove was taken over with boiling up a marinade for a little leg of lamb for St Davids Day.

With the demise of good butchers shops & the rise of the supermarkets telling us what meat we should eat I think they probably go for animal food.:(
