Now I have 'Problems opening ZIP Files'--Aargh!

Hello all,

No sooner have you all helped me with one problem, when another arises.

This time I am having trouble opening a ZIP FILE.

The file is SAFE, being an 'ETicket' from Red Funnel Ferries

which I need to open to use to go to the Isle of wight!!

have you got the Winzip programm on your computr?

what type of zip file is it austria ?

what is the extension

the bit after the dot?    .

Have downloaded Winzip

Still cant open the PDF file

probably a corrupted file austria........ as pdf files are the most basic to open up

if you are really stuck download winrar

Eventually managed to access PDF files using 'Foxit Reader',
