Night owl or ten-o-clock bye-byes? I've always been a night owl, even when I had to get up at 5a.m. to get ready for work, I was seldom in bed before 1.a.m. while o/h seldom later than nine. The thing is, there's no point in turning in at 11 p.m. if you're then going to wake up at 3 a.m. wad lie there wide awake, your mind whirring away at all the problems that are waiting for you when you get up.. I'd rather go to bed tired at 1 a.m. and be asleep within fifteen minutesm than turn in when I'm not tired and disturb my wife.. Thus said, my eyes are messed up - bloodshot so maybe that's nature's way of telling me to have an early night for once.

I am a night owl at home where I have my sewing, tv & music but an early to bed when I am away. I don't like getting up in the mornings though!

oh no I'm not a night owl...I could sleep for Britain, so I go about 10pm and read for about an hour then fall dead to the world. I'm up at 5am for work too. If I'm off on day off, I'll wake normal time, read and then go out like a light again for another hour!! OH gets up early even on his day off...not me...I always seem to be tired

I'm a morning person. I'm normally up at 7am. We are normally in bed by 10pm. Some nights though we do go to bed at around 9.30.
