OH Has just come home, and as usual really hungry,

We had Chinese Chicken and rice. Very nice it was too.

Cap, I turned it up to High, added some cherry toms and a can of cream, and it's gorgeous - if a bit hot.  Loo paper in the fridge, I think.  The meat's not too bad really.

We went to a local pub that was said to have good food ..........it was awful  ....i sent the gravy back as it was full of lumps yukk , the pie crust was rock hard & the mash was instant so we wont be going back there !

I NEVER order mash when I'm eating out.  Just couldn't stomach it.   Another of my foibles I suppose.

Roast tatties, mashed tatties, swede, carrot, peas, cauliflour, Turkey crown (been in the freezer since new year)  stuffing  & gravy  ....... Son arrived home for the summer today so I made a nice welcome home meal ...... tomorrow he maybe given beans on toast  😄
