Monday's misappropriated Meals

Well it was going to be pork and apricot casserole.  bought the apricots Saturday, hid them before I went out and OH has left 6 or so in the bottom of the packet - 'tis now a pork, apple and apricot casserole with veg and mash!

We had turkey, stuffing, mixed veg and gravy.

Busy day today we had leftovers from yesterday, made a chicken and leek pie, with mash and peas, scrummy.  Cold rice pudding.

I've just had spiced pumpkin soup,never had it before but I will certainly be having it again..

we had chicken and mushroom pie with mash carrots broccoli and cabbage.
