MONDAY'S tea thread

Today is home made chicken pie made from the left over Sunday roast with carrots, peas, broadbeans, broccoli and sweetcorn thrown into the mix. Covered with puff pastry. Tomorrow the rest over chicken will probably be mixed into a jalfrezi (of the extremely hot variety)

It took me a while to work out what it meant!  DOH!!

He had tuna salad and I had Chinese spare ribs.  Hubby brought me 30 this morning, seeing as he was going past the butchers (stuck out in the country by itself like a farm shop) so I bagged and froze them but I thought I'd better eat the three smaller ones, just to check......Smiley Wink
