The 3 kids are on the beach with Grandad and they know he is ill and going to die and he tells them that he doesn't want all that 'rubbish' about a church and people saying nice things about him, which are all lies, he wants to be put in a boat and set alight like his Viking ancestors. So, that's what the three kids do (actually the eldest doesn't look unlike Amy, specs and all). They build him a raft, with a sail, and give him the send off he wanted. THEN they go back and tell the adults. Their responses are what makes it so funny. Where's Grandad - **cue hysterics**. I'll pop it in the post.
