Funny girl. It's a brilliant film but it has no ending.

I agree Mouse I thought Black Swan was terrible.

Just watched 'What I Did on my Holiday' with David Tennant and that terrible man Billy Connolly.  It is very funny and the kids are brilliant in it.  Was going to ask Maggie if she wanted it for the kids, there is only one sweary word in it beginning with an 'a' and ending in an 'e'.

Also have Gone Girl to watch, but am reading the book at the mo and someone bought me 'Enid' about Enid Blyton with bonkers Helena Bonham Carter, love her.

That would be lovely Carol, thank you. They hear far worse in school these days! My DVD player has died but I can give it to them to watch at home.:)

Och and I just sent you an email!

The 3 kids are on the beach with Grandad and they know he is ill and going to die and he tells them that he doesn't want all that 'rubbish' about a church and people saying nice things about him, which are all lies, he wants to be put in a boat and set alight like his Viking ancestors.  Connolly's very good, but you now I would say that!

So, that's what the three kids do (actually the eldest doesn't look unlike Amy, specs and all).  They build him a raft, with a sail, and give him the send off he wanted.  THEN they go back and tell the adults.  Their responses are what makes it so funny.  Where's Grandad - **cue hysterics**.  I'll pop it in the post.
