Barkeepers stuff. Can't remember what it's called. I guess the dishwasher tablet paste would work as well.

But....have you ever seen a ceramic hob coughing it's guts up/sore throat?

Wpro ceramic hob cleaner.

Comes with a scraper which removes any residue (can't always be seen, but it's there) then a cream cleaner.

Finish with a microfibre cloth for a mirror finish.

My sister was using Barkeepers Friend, then tried mine and you should have seen what came off! Her hob looks so much better now.
