Well here is a quick account about me !

I am about 5ft 10 or 11, weigh just under 14 stone, married 30 year this year, 60 in a few months and look like this

That was me on our 25th wedding anniversay 8 years ago, this was me last year, even more normal. Now though I am about half the size as I have lost a lot of weight.
