Wow again! What a stupendous load of lovely wishes, thank you everybody, I am
humbled that so many people took time to think of me.
I had a lovely birthday, even though I was working, I drove some lovely regular
people to London and whilst waiting went swimming in an outdoor heated pool.
Swam 52 lengths, one for each year I've been alive (hubby said I won't be alive
much longer if I carry on doing mad stuff like that!). Gosh, that sounds a bit
iffy, "regular people", I mean people I drive regularly, students and their lovely
teachers performing at the Mansion House in London.
Yesterday we went to Frinton-on-Sea and although the sea looked absolutely
beautiful, I didn't swim as it was very, very cold. I was tempted though as it
looked so inviting (hubby said he couldn't think of anything less inviting than
the sea in November!). We took photos of gulls and sanderlings, gathered
shells and ate lovely grub, so a wonderful day.
Back to reality today, catching up on all the jobs that didn't get done!
