Good evening, and a quick update

Good evening ladies.

Still finding time to come onto the boards sadly lacking but thought I would give you all an up date.

Work is getting a little easier as each new weeks passes. Having got my first proper pay packet last week made it feel well worth while 🙂

Getting myself in a better routine now ie when to shop, what meals to prepare each day. Making a pack up each day to try and save the pennies!

Microwave gave up the ghost last week so whilst I have a little money in the bank, have decided to get a new, better model. This time a combination model so I can cook smaller items easier and not have to heat a large oven!!!

Not a lot else to report at this stage....you are lucky I have managed to find five mins to up date you LOL.

Hope to be back soon and I am grateful to Mrs Ed for the tea threads. Sometimes I manage to get a quick look.

Hi Tintin, lovely to see you, glad all is going well and you are getting into a routine.  I have had to be helped out a couple of times when I have forgotten the tea thread, but I am trying  (I know I know very trying).

Glad to hear that things are getting easier as you settle in to a routine. Combination microwave ovens are great - we have had one for years.

Hi TinTin, Glad the job is going well. Sorry about the microwave. I had a combi before and it went and I got a little one. I think when this one goes I will be getting another combi. I hope you get a bit of me time too. 🙂

We ended up having to buy a new microwave just before Christmas.  We have a seprate oven and grill combi as the grill on our main oven is useless.
