For me.....stir fry vegetables in a sweet chilli sauce with extra chilli and garlic on a bed of fine egg noodles. The vampires aint gonna get me tonight LOL

For the teenager = beans on toast as he is off out in a minute at Air Cadets drill practice.

I had roast pork and mayo sarnies for my lunch.  For tea we are having, nakeds, jumbo prawns in seafood sauce and sweetcorn.  Funny combo I know but I forgot daughter said she would do us gammon steaks.:|

we had a weird combination, mini samosas, chicken kievs, mash and beans...it was nice that though...that was for lunch. tea tonight is toast as usual.

We had Fried chicken breasts on a bed of salad mine was with ceasar dressing and he had thousand island. A walnut bread roll and a glass of red wine. 🙂

CB and Stamping, it is just when I am in a lot of pain I do not feel like sitting down to a meal and rather than be a nuisance and complaining about being sore just go off to bed in the hope the pain subsides and I can help around the house.

My wife has a wee job in the evenings so usually I can hide how much pain I am in and look better before I go and collect her from work.
