we had a burger at lunchtime

and doughnuts for tea

we tend to be naughty  on a friday

oh and later we may have a chuck curry with half n half and poppadums

A rather naughty smoked haddock risotto. It was gorgeous!

i dont bother eating anything that's been smoked as  i spend hours reliving it

i have to be careful around eggs these days too 😞

We had salmon salad followed by fresh fruit.

Some smoked mackerel fillets with a chilli coating - oo me poor mouth, they are HOT - and broccoli and cauliflower.

Chicken curry (home made)  but cheated & used microwave rice followed with M & S trifle

Was at the rooftop cinema last night so had a takeaway of noodles & spring rolls and treated myself to a rare bag of haribos
