Freaky Friday's Feastables

Tonight I will be having a lazy tea. Bit of a "fry up" = hash browns, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans.

I love liver and bacon with mashed potatoes and peas, but no-one else does, I usually make a few meals at a time and then freeze them so I can have it when the boys are having something else.

I don't cook 2 different meals I don't have the time or inclination, they can like it or lump it.  They are normally quite happy.

Tonight we are having sausages roasted with butternut squash and red onions with mashed potatoes and peas.

I had that on Wednesday but without the sald, I had it with new pots broad beans & sweet corn with a cucumber & dill sauce. Yummy!

we had a quick stir fry as the hairdresser was coming. I just love noodles, I'm getting addicted!!! put chicken in it too.

Oven fish and chips here tonight. Was going to do that last night, but had beans on toast as we needed something quick. We did a chat about the hedgehogs with a friends beaver troup. There was only 4 boys out of 20 that have seen a hedgehog before. 😞

We had fresh home cooked cod, oven chips and beans.  He had a couple of the custard slices I made yesterday.

He says they're the best thing I've ever made.  Hardly a compliment if he knew how I made them!!!

Yes, they were a bit excited. And full of questions. 🙂 I think we could have gone on for a few more hours.

Got let out of hossie this afternoon, feeling worn out so it will be a quick pizza - basic cheese and onion with loads of extra bits added (ham, mushrooms, sweetcorn, sausage, sliced tomato, extra cheese).
