Hallelujah.......after a year of trying to get my DSR's up to 5 across the board, I am now finally at 100% in all four catagories. It has been the despatch star that has been down at 4.9 all that time....which in my opinion is totally unfair as once you post, the time for delivery is totally out of my hands. All the others have always been five stars and I have worked my socks off over this.
I am now a happy bunny about this now...shame that the new 10% on P&P is making me sell elsewhere as well.

Very well done Tintin!!
Ebay is never without its challenges. Some of their latest changes are unfair. Like the TRS rules and the percentage on postage costs.
i've been unfortunate to meet 3 unpleasant customers in a short space of time. One negative got removed yesterday by Ebay.
Must remember that Ebay has the strictest trading and grading procedure anywhere online and not take too much too personally. Keep up the good work! I really dont blame you for trading elsewhere too though x

Cheers Alison.
Although I am only selling off my unused crafty bits and bobs I still sell with "a business head" on. I dont tend to get difficult people as they are normally just hobbiests like me.
Like I said it has taken a whole 12 months to get the despatch from 4.9 to 5. I am lucky that the post box is right outside my house, so the minute I get paid, the item is in the box.
Thankfully I have never had a negative and am glad to learn that you can get your negs removed by Ebay if it is not called for.
Yes, I am trying the other side just to test the waters so to speak. As I dont mind if it takes a week or a month to sell then I shall stay over there but also keep a couple of things on this site so that I dont loose my rights to free listing days and I keep my DSR's going - just in case!
I shall still be over here contributing to the discussion boards anyway so I cant be got rid of that easily LOL.
Bet your life is a little empty now the two dogs have gone?

Well done you, I had that once, then I sold one thing all on its own and my P&P went down, charged £3.00 cost £3.00 and they gave me a four and it arrived the next day, a pair of jeans, you just can't win sometimes. Hey you make sure you keep posting those Tea time ideas !

Well done TinTin, that's quite an acheivement!
I've stopped leaving stars.
Still leave feedback, but the stars aren't fair.

Coco. Not that I buy much but I always leave stars and always leave 5 all the way down - only because I know how important they are. I would not dream of leaving anything less - like you - all five stars or none at all.

Well I admit to leaving less than five for people. If the service I receive is bad in any of the catagories the stars I leave will reflect that. It doesn't happen often though. Most of the people & buy from are excellent sellers.

I usually leave 5 stars the only time I get a bit narked is when people mark as despatched the same day as I pay so they can get their 5 for comms automatically, and then post days later sometimes a week later. I can read post marks and don't like being taken for an idiot.
That is my pet hate as I usually get someone to be in for the postie,
I do however only put a four and I don't think I have ever put below a 4 even though I might have felt like it. I know that its only my opinion and I wouldn't want to wreck anyones feedback.
If I am really fed up I just don't bother to leave stars.

By the way 99 % of the people I buy and sell to are brilliant and friendly and post really quickly however if they can't post straight away and let me know its no biggie and I would still give them 5.
