We have been lucky enough to enjoy a great day in the lakes today and I thought I would share a few with you.
They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we shall remember them.
thx nat, I haven't done anything with them yet was making sure new lappy accepts my camera, now need to load on Photo shop so Ican play, not doing that tonight though too tired. BTW love your photies too:-)

I was in my element today up there but we were with friends who wanted to do the shopping thing etc, I could have quite happily walked around all day snapping

While out today I saw around 10 buzzards, mostly on the motorway ~ one of which swooped down in front of the car and flew right over it 😮 the wing span was huge and I thought it was going to hit the windscreeen! also saw some deer (well saw their white behinds disappearing into the woods lol, a kestrel, a red squirrel, and some pheasants, but no photos I'm afraid 😞 I wasn't quick enough lol
