Apart from secret santa pressies (one for here and one for work) I have FINISHED the Xmas shopping. Still waiting for bits to arrive, but everything is on the way.

I did make one of those blackberry shortcake but I substituted the blackberries with apples and blackcurrants.....

Mother is diabetic, she uses Stevia, so can have a cake occasionally and Dad doesn't even notice that it's not sugar.
