I started a thread on FHG which was removed later that day even though there was nothing inappropriate on my side. I wanted to know why. "Chat to us" just kept referring my back to preset Q & A. When I did manage to get through to somebody, they kept asking what the item number was. After explaining three times it concerned a discussion thread which I'd started, not an item I was selling, he said: "Sorry, I'll have to refer to to one of our specialists." On comes a second person, still no wiser even though he has the full text in front of him.
"What is the item number....?" I explain all over again - it is not an item, it is a thread started by me ...I have to explain everything I did, so he could do the same. His answer?
"Sorry, I can't see it up there on FHG. Maybe it's been removed..." I told him to have a nice day and switched off. And guess what - after twenty-two minutes, I didn't swear - not even once! Now isn't that good - doh! (roll eyes.)

Hi - No choklit unfortunately, I'm on a diet

I have just read it - all it says is post removed.
End of story - no explanation - NOTHING ! At least that's an advancement on your "Advice team! "
I'm still no wiser. Maybe you just want half of us to sit on the side and do nothing. You have a copy of the transcript - if you don't think I was going round in circles, read it! Staff could do with extra training.
As a moderator you have a right to remove anybody's thread - I have an equal right to moan. It is only by receiving constructive criticism that eBay are in a position to improve the quality of their services Anon, Fred. (Final message)
