lovely trees, aren't we a clever lot?
I just love baubles, I can't help myself, I love having to go round the stores looking at the Christmas stuff, I'm like a big kid!!!
CG, you need bigger lights don't you? we have lights outside that would be perfect on your tree, like large pear drops, they are multi coloured though but I bet you can get them clear.
There are 400 lights on my tree and I still thing it could take a few more.

An iphone app called kirakira cam. It's perfect for fairy lights and christmas trees and lets you do some good effects too.

My mad tree as my hubby calls it. in the hallway ,
Gold tree in lounge, with the handmade santa that my mother made, and all the boys on the fireplace. where did that pesky dog come from.

Rubbish layout sorry.
Gold tree looks so much better in the dark as it has lots of glass icicles and clear baubles which sparkle when the lights are on and it is dark. The Santa on the rocking chair was made before Christmas last year for me by my mother and he is adorable. Sadly I didn't pick up the sewing gene.
The mad tree, is full of things I have bought over the last few years, and the swans, padded hearts, socks and strawberries were made by my late grandmother.

PS the reason it is a bit bare at the bottom, is the dog keeps knocking the stuff off so I have given up putting it back on.

Tree going up Christmas eve, not a bah humbug thing, just don't think it will survive the cats (4 including 3 @5 months old)
Cannot put choklit decorations on it - the dog will blame my dairy intolerant daughter and said daughter will blame her sister and the dog 🙂

My santas are my pride and joy since we moved 8 years ago I have been allowed to buy one a year but I have been known to get 2, you know the old, oh haven't you seen that before I have had it for years, one.
I am going to have to start collecting something else I think because I have run out of room on the fireplace, maybe something smaller.

Here is my tree effort. Not sure how long it will stay like that as we have
two cats and a teeny kitten! I made the glass puddings and little miniature
scene decorations at my glass fusing class.
