Apparently it's the codeine that are making me feel as if I've had a few double brandies.  I certainly feel a little strange.  How come she didn't say that when she asked if I wanted them?

The nurse only has to come and look at my wound now and give me ALL my drugs, and then apart from lunch while my daughter packs my stuff, I'm ready.:-D
