hello my lovelies....weeelllll....I had the tens machine on again this morning, I can now stand up and walk off without getting stuck for a while before I walk!!! they're fabulous those tens machines.

I am still in pain but nothing like yesterday, hopefully two more shifts won't put me back to square one, but I'm off for 9 days next week so that's good.

Glad that you're feeling better today CB.  I've got a tens machine which I haven't use for a while.  Must dig it out.

I love my tens machine, but it makes me pull all sorts of faces if I put it on the wrong setting.  I like the one where it feels like a mouse in hobnails walking across your back, if you get my drift.

I use mine for chronic lower back pain I have 4fused vertebrae in my lower back and it gets really stiff. The trns machine does something to the pain receptors in your brain and helps you relax. I try to use mine first before pain killers as I don't like taking pills all the time. I personally find it a great help.
You could ask your doctor it might depend on the cause of your pain.

ha ha! here, Rose, my chandelier swinging days are over....

tens are magic, they relieve the pain for a while so you don't need as many pain killing tablets.

I have discovered those Zapain tablets make me feel like a hippy....all spaced out man!

you know what I got instead of a tens machine, one of those ab systems and stuck it on my back, I have to say it did work somewhat (disclosure do not try this at home unless you know what youre doing)
