So...........today I was feeling a little cold at home so decided to drive down to my local Morrisons to warm up, do a bit of shopping and have a cup of tea at the same time.
I was walking through their restaurant with my cup of tea when who should I see but my first ever boyfriend from 1979.
He had just done his shopping and was having a cuppa and a doughnut before he went home to do the evening meal so we sat and had a lovely catchup. We were chatting away for over an hour.
After we parted and I was shopping, I bumped into so many people I knew that what was only going to be a quick shopping trip turned into a three hour outing.
So strange as normally when I go down Morrisons I never meet anyone I know.
Do you still get on with your ex's?
This one was my boyfriend from 1979 to 1981, I am also friends on facebook with my ex husband and see my son's dad on a weekly basis (only when I take my son over to see him) and my last ex is the one whom I have Sunday lunch with each week.

Sorry to read that Stan about your first husband.
My ex's are just that as well. One lives about 13 miles away from me and the other only lives around 4 miles away and I never see either.

Thankfully, for me, I have always parted on good terms.
Even when my ex and I broke up and there was my son involved we did not involve Solicitors as we came to all arrangements concerning maintenance and access in an adult fashion. Didn't want the CSA involved. I worked in a law office and he worked at the County Court so we knew what to do.
As I worked in family law I even did my own divorce - saving hundreds of pounds into the bargain.

I don't have any exes either - only went out on one or two dates & wasn't sorry they didn't develop
OH & I met at 19, & have stayed married since 1980 (just trump you Fishie!!) through some tough stuff
It is a miracle, isn't it?
Now we are regaining our home, & it seems our sanity, as the resultant 4 children seem to be mostly away now
