Seems like tomorrow we are on for gales and storms - according to the BBC weatherman - so time to batten down those hatches.
Feeling a tad worried for my friend - his next door neighbours chimney fell on his roof in August and he has mended it to the best of his ability - but hope that storms this winter will not do further damage. Guess what - the neighbours insurance company wont pay out!!! house insurance is a minefield as to what they will pay for and what they wont.

Lovely day here, sun shining, bit breezy and a bit cool, ideal for drying. The last 3 days have been awful rain rain and more rain.
Not looking forward to tomorrow, have moved anything likely to blow over and have taken down the hanging baskets I did on Tuesday.
It sounds like the Northwest will get the most of it and the rest of the western side will be windy. However, the weather man said yesterday was going to be showery and it rained from dawn to dusk.
We shall have to wait and see,
Sunglasses for Rose's post, wow bit bright.!

I've just had a look on the Met Office website and it will be bad for us tomorrow afternoon and also on Monday afternoon. It's quite bright here at the moment but a bit breezy and cool.
