We are off camping for 3 days over the Bank Holiday in Wales, near the Brecon Beacons, we are visiting SIL and family so were wondering if anyone has heard the weather for the Weekend, I can't find anything on the internet. We are taking our 2 dogs so ideally fine weather would be good as 2 smelly wet dogs in a tent is not my idea of fun.

Doesn't look too bad according to this 10 day forecast but it's quite a while off yet.

In my neck of the woods....Saturday is going to be wet and windy with Sunday being the best day of the weekend.
As my son's dad is often heard to say - "It is not the bad weather you deal with but the lack of suitable clothing". Any weather is OK provided you are wearing the right outerwear.
Good luck with your trip

Thanks tintin, we have been there a couple of times in the past and it rained both times, with low mist, freezing cold and generally yuk, and this was in July. it would be nice to actually see Wales going to near Landrindod Wells,

Know what you mean. Son has been at Uni in drippiest Wales for 3 years, we took a holiday for his graduation and extended it because the weather was so nice, We saw the countryside in all it's glory - didn't half make a change!.

Woke up this morning with the realisation that my wading boots out on the balcony which must have been nearly dry, were now soaking wet again.
Beautiful seaside weather in Wales.
