Hi,
I wish to publicly apologise for a message I replied to regarding one negative feedback I received in January 2025.
Which was recently left.
I have looked back at all of my inbox and there is nothing there concerning any feedback left.
Whilst I am away and my page is in time away, all of my eBay messages are all active as I do not want to miss anything left in which I can action.
Looking back, I have read the reply I left back and agree that I should of worded it differently to how I posted it to which I sincerely apologise for.
I have taken time to think about what others on eBay have said about wording and replying to any negative feedback.
I sincerely apologise for the contents which were left which could be taken as rude, sarcasm in which was not my intention at all.
Some of eBays policies I do not agree with, I have learnt not to always share them on public forums also to which I apologise for.
