Anyone know Cardiff city well??

Hello all,

As the title says does anyone know Cardiff well? I have a convention/conference to go to at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff (Mary Ann Street) and I will be staying at the new Premier Inn at Churchill Way.

I'm wondering if it is ok to walk from the hotel to the Arena? I'm looking at Google maps and it's saying you can walk it in 6 minutes but I need to know this is with pavements and is a safe route?

Can anyone that knows the area advise please?

Hi 

Premier Inn is basically right opposite the arena. Just one road to cross, low traffic and pedestrian crossing. 

Hope you will enjoy the city.
