Hi,I sold an item but didn’t realize that the AI autofill had the wrong specs listed. I agreed to refund the buyer, and when they requested the refund, I accepted it. However, the refund was going to the incorrect address. The buyer has been very understanding and has canceled the transaction, but now we are unable to process the refund through the app. I was hoping to call eBay for assistance, but they only accept US numbers. Can someone help me with this?
