I’ve got chargers on my card from eBay when I have not bought anything. It doesn’t even show on my account that anything has been purchased but money is being taken out of my account. I’ve tried taking to the chatbot but it just keeps going in circles. What do I do??

Could someone in your household have access to your account, and made a Guest Purchase? If so, there would be no details on your eBay account.
Otherwise, contact eBay Customer Services, they have full access to your account and can explain any charges.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Did you get anywhere with this? The same has happened to me and my bank won’t do anything until I have acknowledgement from eBay that they’re not my payments. I called them and they confirmed that the payments are all linked to another account (i dont have another account) but they won’t give me anything in writing that I can share with the bank as proof!

Not with Halifax, my bank said that because I have a relationship with eBay already they couldn’t prove it was fraud and they needed eBay to prove it instead 😕
I’ve raised a case on here and given that to my bank so hopefully they can do something with that…
