True some do,  but mine doesn't and I'm sure there are others out there too  in the same boat, and you don't want to be stung by one of those bills ! 🙃

The link I provided is free,  it' s 24 hours now,  part of what buyers are paying for in Buyer Protection fee, but  auto agents operate outside ' opening hours',  and as above,  best times to call is when lines first open to get a better chance of Dublin responding.

I'm having  the same problems.  Multiple items not received  or refunds. Can't contact  anybody on the account.  Just thrives.

It's a Ebay scam. 9 parcles not arrived or refunded. Rouge messages on tracking and no way to connect or contact.

I am in the same boat recived a letter then showing on eBay I have received the packaged item

None of their numbers work. They just cut you off. No customer service whatsoever. Leave mobile’s alone.

I’ve just lost £40.05 on here. eBay have just wiped the sellers assh*le. Made a complaint and they just ruled in the sellers favour. THERE IS NO BUYER PROTECTION ON HERE.
