Amazon echo show 5 new

It worked for about an hour then stopped. Contacted amazon and was told that they had locked it because thier records show that the echo has not been delivered. I have tried to contact the seller but no reply. On the add I have noticed the seller does not accept returns. What can I do?

Hopefully you contacted eBay for help. Although Private Sellers can specify no returns, this does not apply to items that do not work or are not as described. Then your 30-day MBG protects you. All you need to do is open a return request for item not as described (or broken, or missing parts et cetera).
