cannot send message .Send button grayed out

Now I know why I   cannot send message  button grayed out 

I am not a Crook -98% Buyer 1011 feedback ratings 100 %

 Buy and Pay at the same time ,Haven,t sold anything for about 7 years 

Never sent anything back  -No Negative feedback ever given.

Ebay loss , Buying put on hold indefinitely. -Don,t deserve my Business.
