Possible that you purchased without being completely signed in ? >

Guest purchases (not completely signed in) will not appear on your eBay account summary --- instead search here >

Using a PC/Laptop, --- see if you can find the email  Guest order Transaction number details using the  Blue button in the link below --- Case options within 30 days from sale are there if needed >

They said orders, not purchases. Yet another daft change means it's unclear what they meant and what each actually means without checking. Previously it said "sold" instead of orders which can't be misunderstood.
I too can't access sold / orders. The page stays mostly blank on both browsers I tried.

This seems to be a temporary site glitch as others are reporting this too,  you are not alone.

Quite a few hours have passed since you posted, is it back to normal now ?

No it hasn't. (I wanted to post just "no" but apparently ebay considers that answer too short. It feels like ebay just wants to annoy people in as many ways as possible).

Yep,  it's still an issue for many,  it has not been solved,  but a member has come up with this helpful workaround:

Until they get it fixed you can go to the accounts section, click on payments, click on total funds and click on transaction activity and you will be able to find your order, click on order number and you should be able to access it from there.
